Sophia looks after our various teams, oversees projects throughout the group and ensures the smooth running of the day-to-day administration. Before founding Volentio with her husband Dan, Sophia spent 8 years at a boat builder in the New Forest and has also spent time in the healthcare and hospitality sectors in various managerial roles. When not keeping everyone in tow, Sophia enjoys callisthenics and gymnastics and walking her two dachshunds.

Jill began her career in marine engineering, working alongside the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, managing maintenance for their vessels. She then went on to develop key IT processes in both the investment and aviation aerospace industries, focussing on implementation and compliance. Before joining Volentio, Jill worked as a consultant, providing crucial technical implementation, presales training, design and delivery. Her wealth of experience in these areas make her an important asset to the team. Jill enjoys spending time with her family and practising yoga and pilates.
